Step 1: All new families must complete a student application via Gradelink https://secure.gradelink.com/192/enrollment
 
Step 2: All new families must create a FACTS account for all tuition-related fees https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/48PMF
 
Step 3: All families must schedule a meeting with Mrs.Cruz to sign a parent contract and finalize account details. Please contact the school office or email Mrs. Cruz at a.lopez@sbdiocese.org
 
 
 A copy of the following documents must be provided to complete the student file:
           a) Birth Certificate
           b) Baptismal Certificate
           c) Immunization Records
